আমার গীতির অভিষেকে
নাম না-জানা কাল না-মানা
গহন দ্যুতি নির্নিমেখে

এগিয়ে চলি তোমার নামে
যখনই পথে এলুম নেমে'
আল্‌গা সুরে ছন্দ ভরে'
য়ুঝে দারুণ দুর্বিপাকে

অচেনা অজানা অতিথি
বোঝা যে দায় তোমার রীতি
তাইতো আমার জানাই নতি
বোধাতীতে সর্বাধিকে

Your loving vibration, Your binding,
It is like my song's coronation.
Name unknown, time unminding,
Is a dense and steadfast splendor.

With Your name I go forth,
Every time that I came down on the course.
With a melody unbound, rhythm-filled it was
In a fight, intense and disastrous.

Oh the Unfamiliar, Unknown Guest,
Your practice is difficult to comprehend.
